Katia Caré has made many recordings, as a soloist or as a director, illustrating every aspect of the medieval repertoire. She has also taken part in several television films for Arte. She appears regularly throughout Europe and in Turkey, Russia, Japan, Australia, Canada and the United States. She works with academics in France and other countries on the revival and restoration of medieval manuscripts.
